For Basic plan, issues are resolved within 48 hours. Standard plan gets 24-hour response. Premium plan gets 4-hour emergency response for critical issues.
Yes. Basic includes 1 content change/month, Standard includes 4/month, and Premium includes unlimited changes. A 'content change' is updating text, images, or any minor page edit.
