Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Echo account and request removal of all associated data from Xigmapro's systems.
1.Delete Your Account from Within Echo
If you have access to your Echo account, you can delete it directly from the settings:
- Log in to your Echo account
- Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Confirm deletion — this immediately revokes access and queues all data for removal
2.Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access your account or prefer to submit a deletion request directly, email us:

Please include the email address associated with your Echo account so we can locate and remove your data. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.

3.What Gets Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Your account profile (name, email, company)
- All conversation and message history stored in Echo
- Connected integration credentials (WhatsApp, email, CRM tokens)
- Team member access and workspace settings
- Any saved AI reply templates or configurations
4.Customer Message Data
If your customers have contacted you through Echo (via WhatsApp, email, or web chat), their message content stored in Echo is also deleted as part of your account deletion. If any of your customers wish to exercise their own data rights, they should contact you directly as the business responsible for those communications.
5.Data Export Before Deletion
Before deleting your account, you can request a full export of your conversation data by emailing us at sales@xigmapro.com with the subject line Echo — Data Export Request. We will provide a downloadable export within 14 days.
