These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Subsly, a subscription management app operated by XigmaPro ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using Subsly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Subsly, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use Subsly.

2. Description of Service

Subsly is a personal subscription tracking and management mobile application. It allows users to manually log subscription services, set renewal reminders, track spending, and visualize subscription costs. Subsly does not access your bank accounts, payment processors, or any external financial systems.

3. Use of the App

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use Subsly solely for personal, non-commercial subscription tracking purposes.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to store false, misleading, or illegal information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute, sell, or resell access to the app

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Subsly — including but not limited to design, logos, icons, graphics, and software — are owned by XigmaPro and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use only.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Subsly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Financial data entered in the app is user-managed and we make no representations about its accuracy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XigmaPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Subsly, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or missed subscription renewals. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

7. User Data

All subscription data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or any other cause. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Subsly (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or via in-app notifications. Your continued use of Subsly after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
