XigmaPro ("we," "our," or "us") operates Subsly, a subscription management app available on Android (iOS coming soon). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use Subsly.

Subsly is designed to be privacy-first. By default, all subscription data you enter is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. If optional cloud backup is enabled, your data is encrypted before transmission and stored securely using industry-standard practices.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

  • Analytics providers (e.g., Firebase Analytics) for anonymized usage statistics
  • Crash reporting services (e.g., Crashlytics) for app stability improvements

5. Data Retention

Locally stored data is retained on your device until you delete the app or manually clear app data. If cloud backup is enabled, your data is retained until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained in anonymized form for up to 12 months.

  • Delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data
  • Request deletion of any cloud-synced data by contacting us

Subsly is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
